If you’ve got it bad to see the reigning King of R&B, the Past Present Future Tour is set to make 60 stops across North America, starting with three consecutive performances in his hometown Atlanta between August 14 and 17. The live trek includes multiple nights in Washington D.C, Dallas and Toronto along with three additional dates in Atlanta and four shows apiece at Brooklyn, New York’s Barclays Center and Inglewood, California’s Intuit Dome. It closes in Houston on November 30.

Who is USHER?
USHER is an eight-time Grammy-winning R&B singer, songwriter and dancer as well as one of the best selling artists of all time with over 150 million records sold worldwide. Raised in Atlanta by-way-of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Usher Raymond IV performed live from a young age and became a teenage sensation between his 1994 self-titled debut and breakthrough 1997 album My Way. The latter netted both his first of nine Top 5 debuts on the Billboard 200 and first of nine Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 singles, for “Nice & Slow.” USHER logged his first No. 1 album with 2004’s Confessions, led by its four chart-topping singles “Yeah!,” “Burn,” “Confessions Part II” and “My Boo.” The album has since been certified 14-times platinum.
Further Top 5 hits like “Love in This Club,” “OMG” and “Without You” with David Guetta proved USHER’s staying power. He later hosted his 100-show My Way Las Vegas residency from 2022 to 2023, which led directly into his headlining performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show in February 2024. His ninth album Coming Home was released two days prior.

What to Know for USHER’s Past Present Future Tour
If USHER’s massive two-year Las Vegas residency didn’t make you wanna leave the city you’re in, the new Past Present Future Tour is set to take his sold-out showcase on the road. The singer ended his final performance on December 2, 2023 with a tearful farewell but also the promise of more live dates ahead. In the meantime, he played the Super Bowl Halftime Show, released his ninth album, Coming Home, which added 20 new tracks to USHER’s potential setlist choices, and received the BET Lifetime Achievement Award in June.
Proving he’s ready to let it burn, USHER appeared at New Orleans’ Essence Festival of Culture on July 6. The headlining set celebrated the 20th anniversary of Confessions with a rare live rendition in its entirety, though he also found time to gift Past Present Future Tour tickets to fans in the audience.
