TWICE has announced TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ and is leveraging Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan technology to ensure more tickets get into the hands of fans.

We expect heavy demand for these shows, so getting your Ticketmaster account verified through Verified Fan will be critical to increasing your chances of getting tickets.

Verified Fan helps artists get more of their tickets into the hands of fans who want to go to the show, not buyers looking to resell them. When an artist chooses to use Verified Fan, we use a registration system to help filter out buyers looking to resell tickets for profit. And while it doesn’t guarantee that all Verified Fans will get tickets, it does significantly block bots and professional resellers from competing against fans for tickets during the sale. Access to the Verified Fan sale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Register for the Verified Fan Onsale

Note: The Tour Organizers will be making 100% of tickets for TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ available for purchase during the Verified Fan Onsale. Registering for the Verified Fan Onsale is your best chance at securing tickets.

If all tickets are purchased during the Verified Fan Onsale, there will not be a General Onsale.

Here’s how the Verified Fan process works:

Step 1: Registration

To register for Verified Fan

Go to Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan Registration page here.
Sign in using your Ticketmaster account; if you don’t have one, you can create one when you register. Be sure to register with the Ticketmaster account you wish to use on the day of the onsale.
Tell us what show(s) you’re interested in and submit your registration by 7PM PT / 9PM CT / 10PM ET on Sunday, March 19 to be considered.

From there, we’ll send you an email to confirm your registration was successful and provide details about what to expect next.

Step 2: Verification
Next, Ticketmaster vets your request by confirming it belongs to an individual – not a bot – and that it hasn’t been tied to irregular behaviors that could be a sign of a professional seller attempting to access the sale for purposes of reselling tickets.

Step 3: Access Code or Waitlist
When demand exceeds availability, a lottery-style process will determine which registered Verified Fans will receive a unique access code and which are put on the waitlist. You’ll receive an email the morning of the Verified Fan Onsale (once announced) letting you know which group you’re in.

Access Code: If you receive an access code, it will be sent via text message. It is unique to your account, and will not work if anyone else enters it – do not try to sell or trade your code.
Waitlist: If tickets remain, we may text you an access code to join the ticket sale. The lottery-style process will be used to determine who gets off the waitlist.

Access to the Verified Fan Onsale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. So if you get a code, be sure to join the sale promptly for the best chance to get tickets.

Other important notes:

The Verified Fan Onsale date and time will be announced at a later date. When the onsale day comes, the Waiting Room will open 30 minutes before the sale begins. You may only join the Waiting Room using the same Ticketmaster account that you registered with.

When the sale begins, fans in the Waiting Room will be assigned a spot in line. When it is your turn, you must enter your access code exactly as it appears to access tickets.

Important Things to Know

Only fans who have been verified and receive an access code will have the opportunity to purchase tickets via the Verified Fan onsale.

Receiving an access code means that you’ll have the opportunity to buy tickets; however, the ability to purchase tickets is determined by supply and demand, and is not guaranteed. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

Ticket Limits

Fans invited to the Verified Fan Onsale may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per access code. Note that while you may purchase tickets for multiple shows using the same access code (i.e. 2 tickets for Show 1 and 2 tickets for Show 2), you cannot exceed four (4) tickets in total across the run of events.

Ticket Delivery

100% of tickets will be delivered as SafeTix mobile tickets. To learn more about SafeTix click here.
Fans may easily transfer tickets between Ticketmaster accounts.
However, to help keep more tickets in the hands of fans, ticket purchases will not be available to view or transfer to friends and family from your Ticketmaster account until a date to be determined after the onsale.

Shopping Tips

What device should I use to purchase tickets?

All ticket purchases must be made online. Please be prepared to shop for tickets using your computer, mobile web or Ticketmaster app. Tickets will not be available by phone call or the Alexa skill app for this tour.

Can I sign in to the same Ticketmaster account on multiple devices to shop?

No, when you sign in to the same account on multiple devices it may result in errors and/or limit you from shopping. Before the sale begins, please double check you are only signed in to the Ticketmaster account you registered with on one device.

How many tabs can I have open at once?

Please only open one tab, per show.

You may only use multiple tabs on the same device when shopping for more than one show. As a reminder:

If you’d like to shop for tickets to multiple shows, you will need to join the Waiting Room for each one.
Please only join the Waiting Room once and only use one tab per show to reduce any delays.
Once you join the Waiting Room, do not close your page.

Is it true only one device is allowed per WiFi network and others will be blocked?

No. Fans using a public or shared WiFi network, no matter how many people are sharing, will NOT be blocked from shopping for tickets. We encourage everyone to sign in to their own Ticketmaster account and join the Waiting Room 30 minutes before the onsale begins.

Can a group of us share the same WiFi at someone's house/school/etc?

Yes, no matter how many people are sharing a WiFi network, you will NOT be blocked from shopping for tickets. We encourage everyone to sign in to their own Ticketmaster account and join the Waiting Room before the onsale begins.

Can I use public or shared WiFi?

Yes, you may use public or shared WiFi networks. To ensure you have the best experience, please make sure you sign in to your Ticketmaster account and join the Waiting Room 30 minutes before the onsale begins.

Can we use the same credit card across two accounts for tickets?

Yes, you may use the same credit card on multiple accounts as long as you do not exceed the published ticket limit.

Can I give or share my Verified Fan access code with friends or family?

No, your Verified Fan access code is just for you, tied to your Ticketmaster account and cannot be shared.

Why do I see tickets available to purchase on another site before the Verified Fan sale has even happened?

Many unofficial sellers will list tickets before they even go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers. Learn more about spec tickets here.

When is the Verified Fan registration period?

The registration period is Tuesday, February 21 at 7AM PT/9AM CT/10AM ET through Sunday, March 19 at 7PM PT/9PM CT/10PM ET.

Can I register more than once to increase my chances of being Verified?

Only one registration is required, and registering more than once won’t increase your opportunity to be verified. If after you’ve registered, you want to change the date you selected, just come back and edit your registration with your new pick. We only keep the last registration you submitted.

If I edit my registration more than once, will I be disqualified?

No, you won’t be disqualified. If you edit your registration more than once to correct a mistake, such as changing the show you previously selected, we only keep the last registration that you submitted.

Are international fans able to register for Verified Fan?

Yes, international fans that have a Ticketmaster.com account can register for the Verified Fan Onsale. However, we may limit the availability of the site or any service or product described on the site to any person or geographic area at any time. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more information about access outside of the U.S.

Will my registration for Verified Fan work on purchases for TWICE shows outside of the US?

At this time, the Verified Fan onsale only applies to the TWICE concert dates in the United States.

I signed up for the Verified Fan Onsale using my name, but I will be using someone else’s credit card since I do not have one. Will that be an issue if my Ticketmaster account name does not match the name of the card?

No, this will not be an issue. Before you shop for tickets, please make sure you sign in to the Ticketmaster account that will be using the tickets the day of the show. The tickets will be placed in this Ticketmaster account.

I received a registration confirmation email, does that mean I will get tickets?

No, registration does not guarantee tickets. The registration confirmation email is simply to inform you that we have received your information and will be working to verify your account. A second email will be sent the morning of the Verified Fan Onsale letting you know if you will receive a unique access code or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist.

When will I receive an email letting me know if I'll receive a unique access code or be placed on the waitlist?

If you registered, you’ll receive an email update indicating if you will receive a unique access code or are put on the waitlist. When demand exceeds availability, a lottery-style process will determine which registered Verified Fans will receive a unique access code and which are put on the waitlist.

Reminder: Access to the Verified Fan Onsale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. So if you get a code, be sure to join the sale promptly at the time stated in your email for the best chance to get tickets. Please be aware that onsale start times will differ depending on the show you registered for, so make sure you make a note of the local time stated in your email.

When submitting my registration I received a six-digit authentication code from Ticketmaster. Can I use this code to purchase tickets during the Verified Fan sales?

No, that code was sent to you to verify your phone number at registration. It is not a unique Verified Fan code and cannot be used to purchase tickets.

Does registering mean I get a Verified Fan access code?

No. Registration for Verified Fan allows Ticketmaster to authenticate your account. When demand exceeds availability, your request is placed into a lottery-style process to determine which registered Verified Fans get an access code and which fans are placed on the waitlist. Access to tickets is not guaranteed. If you’re selected, you’ll receive a unique access code and link to the sale via text message. If you aren’t selected, you’ll be automatically placed on a waitlist and may be invited to join the sale if tickets remain.

Does getting an access code mean I will get tickets?

No. Receiving an access code means that you’ll have the opportunity to join the onsale. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis so they may sell out.

When is the Onsale being held?

The Verified Fan Onsale will take place on Wednesday, March 22 at 3PM local venue time.

Whose ID do I bring if I buy tickets on my Ticketmaster account, but use my parent/guardian credit card to purchase a VIP Package?

Bring your personal ID to the show. When shopping for tickets, please make sure you sign in to your personal Ticketmaster account, not the credit card holder. Any tickets purchased will be issued to the Ticketmaster account holder’s name.
